The Blood Moon is an important part of preparing the human psyche for the snow, darkness, and cold that will soon descend. Rather than succumb to the depression of this season, do a power ritual to fill your personal space with light and energy.

You will need a clear quartz crystal, a bright red bowl of autumn leaves, a small bottle of water in which you pit a little blue stone, and a geode. Smudge these items with incense smoke to bless them.

Place the crystal in the east part of your personal space or home. Say, "My thoughts will not sink in the darkness of the season. Ideas will flow and bring me happiness."

Place the bowl of leaves in the south and say "My physical energy and bodily health will be positive and productive."

As you put the bottle of water with the blue stone in the west say, "My dreams and meditations will be full of spiritual guidance."

Put the geode in the north and say, "This is my cave of regeneration, the place where I renew my life. All will be full of beauty and happiness."
