April is not only a month of the softer spring winds and rain, but also traditionally a month of planting. This is an excellent time to "plant" your goals and desires for the rest of the year.

For this project you will need small pieces of paper a special box in which to keep them. Any box that you like will do. If you have a large hollow pyramid, you can set the box underneath it.

Choose a time when you can relax before your altar and not be disturbed. Burn a white candle to purify the area. Carefully, think about what you want to accomplish for this year. Write each desire or goal on a piece of paper. Fold it once and put it into the special box. Continue with this process until all your desires and goals are "planted" in your magical box. Hold the box in both hands and say, "The seed to the ground will bring forth life. The desire to the heart will bring forth light. I plant my hopes and dreams, confident that they will grow." Place the box on your altar. Remove each paper as the desire is fulfilled.
